Group Obedience Training Classes

The SHS is proud to offer a variety of training and behavior services to the Spartanburg community. Below you will find information on our group training classes for puppies and dogs.

Classes are offered in our new training center, the Good Dog Academy (GDA), which is Spartanburg County's only dedicated dog training facility. GDA is just down the street from the Humane Society.

The first week for all of our classes will be an orientation without dogs. During orientation, we will introduce you to our training philosophy and methods, and class procedures.

Our policies are designed to protect the interests of pets and pet owners in our classes. Be sure to review GDA policies and health requirements prior to registering.
