The SHS newsletter The Scoop comes out three times a year in February, May, and September. Read all about all of the good work we do for animals and the happy tails that result.

If you have a suggestion for an informative article about animals, please let us know. We will be happy to look into it and spread the word if we can.

If you have adopted an animal and want to share your happy tails, we would love to hear your stories. We make it easy. Submit your story and picture and you could see it posted on the website or in an upcoming edition of The Scoop.

	The Scoop - September 2011 The SHS has always worked with pet placement partners, or smaller adoption groups, to help us find wonderful homes for our many animals. Recently, we have expanded our efforts to include out-of-state placement partners. Learn more about how we are overcoming transportation barriers to find even more homes for pets.
