Celebrate Halloween with your pet and the SHS!

SHS Alum!

Join us for a Halloween dog walk, a costume contest, and a zombie dance all benefiting animals!  Can't make it?  Spoil your pet with some homemade Halloween treats you can make with the recipes found on our Halloween tips page.

Costume contest & dog walk

We are teaming up with Partners for Active Living (PALS) to offer our friends (both human and canine) an opportunity to get out, get moving, and make new friends!  In the spirit of Halloween, there will also be a costume contest.

Please bring your dog (on a leash) and join us in the Henry Street Parking lot at noon next Saturday.  All pets who wish to participate in the contest must register by 11:30.  Hope to see you there!

Dance to benefit animals

Thrill the World is the worldwide, simultaneous dance to Michael Jackson's one and only "Thriller" in an effort to break world records, inspire a healthy community, and get thousands of people dancing.

On Saturday, October 29, 2011 at exactly 10:00 pm, zombies all around the world will be dancing to "Thriller" at the same time in hopes of breaking the world record. But more importantly, for the love of dancing & community. Register today!

Last year, 120 donned Zombie costumes and danced the night away at this event. We hope to see even more this year!

What: Zombie Thriller Dance
