Afterschool for Pet Lovers

The Spartanburg Humane Society and Clemson Cooperative Extension have teamed up to offer 4-H Pet Pals Clubs for young pet lovers in grades 5 & 6. Pet Pals meet once a month throughout the school year to learn all about pet care, from safe handling to how to plan for a new pet.

Clubs have elected officers and a set of rules approved by the membership to govern the club. An adult leader supports young members of the Club.
